2) Physicians Formula has a couple of products. They sell these at CVS, Kmart, Walmart, and Walgreens, but you need to look for the marked products. I found the mascara at CVS.

-Bronze Booster.
The products has a little sticker "Try me free". You need to download the rebate form from the Physicians Formula site and send the little sticker and the receipt.
